The home is part of a classic coastal residence of Kavouri, reflecting the relaxed elegance of earlier Riviera summers. Its distinctive interior staircase — a sculptural element of the house — connects the two levels and adds character to the space. A private garden leads down toward the shoreline, while a shared swimming pool and sun terrace offer space for relaxing afternoons by the sea.

Just next door, Zen Beach provides convenient delivery service for breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee and drinks, available directly to the residence.

Guests will also find nearby: Kavouri Tennis Club (walking distance), open seaside basketball courts inside the complex, easy parking free of charge especially for Elaia gests. During the winter and shoulder seasons the area becomes especially peaceful, offering a sense of privacy that is increasingly rare along the Riviera.
